    Pittsburgh (1942) and Others Script Archive. A group of six scripts for the classic Universal western starring John Wayne, Marlene Dietrich, and Randolph Scott. Included is an early draft dated August 3, 1942 with pages dated June 26, 1942, with handwritten notations; a revised draft with changes dated September 15-28 and October 15, 1942; a final draft dated August 17, 1942; a contract file copy dated August 4, 1942, and two undated contract file copies. Also included is an unspecified revised draft of The Shepherd of the Hills with pages dated May 31-June 4, 1940; a censorship dialogue script for The Shepherd of the Hills, dated February 22, 1941; a dialogue continuity script for Adventure's End, undated; and a cutting continuity script for Dark Command, undated. The scripts are in overall Fine to Very Fine condition with some wear and toning, and instances of tearing and chipping to the covers, many of which are detached.
