Vintage original studio bound and bradded 54-page Shooting Script for the Marx Brothers pre-code comedy. Title page features "MARX BROTHERS in HORSE FEATHERS," "Story and Dialog by Bert Kalmar, Harry Ruby, S. J. Perelman and Will B. Johnstone" with "Music and Lyrics by Burt Kalmar and Harry Ruby," dated December 18, 1931." Retaining studio ink stamps including "FILE COPY Return to Script Department Paramount Studio-Hollywood" and form box with handwritten "3223" and date " 9/23/32." Handwritten in pencil on the left side of the page "SF-707." First interior page lists cast of characters with the Marx Brothers featured: Groucho as "Professor Potter," Zeppo as "Frank Merriwell Potter," Chico as "Barravelli," and Harpo as "His Partner (Pinky)." Exhibiting age and handling with covers chipping, some creases, and breaches to hole punches. In overall vintage Good to Very Good condition.
