This extensive lot from Billy Wilder's 1954 20th Century-Fox romantic comedy starring Marilyn Monroe and Tom Ewell includes an ALS from Butch Bernard (who plays Ricky in the film) to Wilder, one page, 6" x 8", signed "Yours truly: Butch Bernard"; "Temporary Incomplete" script by Wilder and George Axelrod, July 23, 1954, 88 pages, green construction-paper covers with three metal clips; "Final" script by Wilder and Axelrod, August 10, 1954, 113 pages; blue construction-paper covers with three metal clips; and a file of 20th Century-Fox cast and credits lists and inter-office correspondence regarding casting. The lot ranges from Very Good to Fine condition, with minor age toning and staining. From the Billy Wilder Archive. Accompanied by a COA from PSA/DNA.
