This extensive lot from Billy Wilder's 1948 Paramount musical comedy The Emperor Waltz, starring Bing Crosby and Joan Fontaine, includes a copy of the script by Charles Brackett and Billy Wilder, 8.5" x 11", 123 pages, paper covers with two metal clips; production budget dated May 23-August 12, 1946, 9" x 14.5", 15 pages, blue paper covers with four metal clips; Dialogue Continuity script, September 21, 1946, 8.5" x 13", 58 pages, blue paper covers with three staples; Charles Brackett essay, "My Wilder Moments (or my afterthoughts after ten years of collaboration with Billy Wilder)," 8.5" x 14", 3 pages, original typed draft, with typed and pencil corrections; Shooting Schedule, June 4-September 14, 1946, 8.5" x 11", 4 pages; Daily Production Report file, 8.5" x 14", multiple pages with two metal clips; and correspondence, inter-office memos, notes, and reviews.
