A Rare Prop 'Springtime for Hitler' Playbill from "The Producers." Embassy Pictures Corporation, 1968. An actual playbill from the 1967 Broadway show "Sing Israel, Sing" with a faux cover reading "Springtime for Hitler," the name of the play-within-the-movie that Zero Mostel (as "Max Bialystock") and Gene Wilder (as "Leo Bloom") think is so bad it will automatically flop (but we all know what happens next); one of the many used by extras who portrayed shocked theatre-goers during the hysterical 'opening night' scene; very few have survived.
