Description

A Lon Chaney-Related Script from "The Unknown." Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, 1927. Light blue covers, story by Tod Browning, scenario by Waldemar Young, dated "January 12, 1927," marked "First Draft Continuity" and "First Temporary," 101 pages, with red typed text throughout [for the title cards], ownership annotation penciled in upper right corner reads "Mr. Thalberg" -- evidently The Boy Wonder's own copy from this classic silent horror/thriller starring Lon Chaney and a very young Joan Crawford.
