A Lon Chaney-Related Script from the Lost Silent Film "The Tower of Lies." Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, 1925. Tan-colored covers, screenplay by Agnes G. Johnston, dated "April 18, 1925," stamped "Vault Copy," with film's original title on cover reading "The Emperor of Portugallia," 88 mimeographed pages. (Please note the borders of the covers are tattered and brittle due to age and show Scotch tape residue.)

Sadly, this silent-era film starring Lon Chaney, Norma Shearer, and William Haines (later to become the noted interior designer) is considered lost.
