Eight total including: 1) "Laugh, Clown, Laugh," Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, 1928, light blue covers, screenplay by David Belasco and Tom Cushing, dated "Nov. 19, 1927," marked "Vault Copy / First Temporary Incomplete," approximately 80 pages, with red typed text throughout noting how the title cards would read as it was a silent film, film co-starred Loretta Young and Nils Asther; 2) "Laugh, Clown, Laugh," MGM, 1928, written more as a book script than a film script, light blue covers, by same as above, adaptation by Elizabeth Meehan, dated "November 19, 1927," marked "Vault Copy / File Copy / First Temporary Complete," 66 pages; 3) "While the City Sleeps," MGM, 1928, with original title of "Chinatown," light blue covers, story and scenario by A.P. Younger, dated "March 19, 1928," marked "Vault Copy / Second Temporary Complete," 160+ pages, film co-starred Anita Page and Carroll Nye; 4) "While the City Sleeps," MGM, 1928, yellow covers, by same as above, dated "May 1, 1928," marked "Vault Copy," 168 pages; 5) "West of Zanzibar," MGM, 1928, light blue covers, scenario by Elliott Clawson, dated "May 17, 1928," marked "File Copy / First Temporary Complete," 60+ pages, with red typed text throughout noting how the title cards would read as it was a silent film, film co-starred Lionel Barrymore, Mary Nolan, and Warner Baxter; 6) "West of Zanzibar," MGM, 1928, yellow covers, by same as above, dated "June 14, 1928," marked "File Copy," 85 pages; 7) "Where East is East," MGM, 1929, yellow covers, story by Tod Browning and Harry Sinclair Drago, adaptation by Waldemar Young, continuity by Richard Schayer, dated "Dec. 31, 1928," marked "Vault Copy," 75 pages, film co-starred Lupe Velez, Estelle Taylor, and Louis Stern; and 8) "Thunder," MGM, 1929, light blue covers, screenplay by Byron Morgan, continuity by Bryon Morgan and Ann Price, dated "Feb. 5, 1929," marked "File Copy / Vault Copy," 233 pages, film co-starred Phyllis Haver and Frances Morris.
