    A Farrah Fawcett Collection of Personal and Professional Documents Related to "The Burning Bed." NBC Television, 1984. A large black three-ring binder filled with countless paper related to the star's extraordinary and brave performance as "Francine Hughes" in the made-for-television movie including: newspaper clippings, magazine cut-outs, photocopies of articles, fan mail, congratulatory letters and telegrams from people such as Jane Fonda, Priscilla Presley, Ed McMahon, Barry Diller, Patrick Demarchelier (among numerous other Hollywood executives), and a few other like documents; compiled by Fawcett to commemorate how this role showed both the public and the industry that she had true acting chops -- so much so that she was nominated for a Golden Globe for 'Best Performance by an Actress in a Miniseries or Motion Picture Made for Television' and for an Emmy for 'Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series or a Special.'
