    A Butterfly McQueen Collection of Paper Ephemera, 1930s-1980s. Eight items, all from the actress' personal files, including: 1) three magazine clippings about the actress glued to a page; 2) a typed letter to her from Ezra Stone; 3) a 1939 letter to her from the Actors' Equity Association; 4) an early-1990s letter signed by her in blue ballpoint ink about "traumatic experiences" on the movie set; 5) a 1985 photocopied pamphlet of writings by her; 6) an early-1990s list handwritten in blue felt-tip ink by her telling her fans what charities she supported ["American Red Cross / ASPCA," etc.]; 7) a flyer from a Broadway production titled "What A Life" signed in blue felt-tip ink by the actress on the lower margin; and 8) a reprinted black and white photograph of the actress as a young woman. (Please note all pieces are yellowed due to age and many have Scotch tape residue evident.)
