Doctor DolittleConcept painting of the doctor & friends Doctor Dolittle large scale original concept painting of the doctor and friends with the Great Pink Snail. (TCF, 1967) Large-scale original concept painting accomplished in acrylic on a 22 ½ in. x 40 in. illustration board (image measures 18 in. x 38 in.), depicting Dr. Dolittle and Emma Fairfax standing beside the giant snail. Acquired from the Twentieth Century-Fox sale in 1971. Exhibits pin holes and corner wear.Auction Info
