Description
Who's That Girl (Warner Bros., 1987), Madonna "Nikki Finn" Screen Used Off-The-Shoulder Cocktail Dress Designed by Deborah L. Scott. Original ivory pearl rayon-blend, knee-length shirred cocktail dress featuring an off-the-shoulder neckline and left-side zipper. Accompanied by matching ivory pearl Peacocks brand stiletto heels adorned with rhinestone trim, two rhinestone plastic bracelets, and a pair of circular clip-on rhinestone earrings-all worn by Madonna in her role as Nikki Finn during the memorable scene where she meets Loudon Trott (Griffin Dunne) in the opulent penthouse of exotic-animal advocate Montgomery Bell (John Mills). This sequence showcases a striking shift in Nikki's appearance from her usual quirky streetwear to a more glamorous and refined style. The dress shows light soiling; the stilettos bear production-related mud staining on the lower heels and soles. From the personal collection of Academy Award-winning costume designer Deborah L. Scott. Includes a COA from Heritage Auctions.Heritage Auctions provides as much information as possible but strongly encourages in-person inspection.
