Description
Roy Rogers Distinctive Green Plaid Western Shirt by Nudie Cohn. Roy Rogers green and navy-blue plaid Western-style shirt designed by cultural icon Nudie Cohn and owned and worn by the "King of the Cowboys" on Season 2, Episode 8, "The Knock Out", of The Roy Rogers Show. The shirt also appeared on the cover of a 1951 issue of Roy Rogers' Dell comic book accompanying this shirt. Festooned with pearl snap buttons at the front, pockets, and cuffs. Bearing an internal typed label with Roy Rogers' name and Nudie's distinctive maker's label. It exhibits a few tiny moth holes on the back and some slight tanning, but remains in very good vintage condition overall.
