Power Rangers Operation Overdrive (BVS Entertainment, 2007), Ria Vandervis "Miratrix" Hero Costume and Accessories. Original (11) piece hero costume including (1) black mesh-covered bodysuit with V-neckline (with "Miratrix" bias label), (1) pair of black metallic fabric hip panels with Velcro attachments (with "Miratrix" bias labels), (1) purple painted leather belt with X-shaped embellishment at the center and purple and black beaded panels that hang in the front and back, (1) pair of wide chest straps constructed with patchwork purple leather stitched together with black cord and Velcro that attaches to the inside of the belt, (1) pair of silver leather gauntlets (with "Yuji" bias labels), (1) pair of silver vinyl upper-arm bands, (1) pair of silver vinyl thigh bands, (1) pair of black leather boots (with "Yun" bias labels), (1) faux faceted teardrop shaped purple "Jewel of Darkness" stone pendant, (1) pair of foam action tanto-style swords, and (1) pair of hero resin tanto-style swords accompanied by a pair of sheaths. Swords measure 22" x 2.5" x 2.5" each. Components exhibit production wear, age, and may include studio repairs including scratches and deterioration to the foam components. The Power Rangers series used suits, footage, and props from the Japanese Super Sentai show and combined them with its own unique storytelling techniques. Due to the nature of filming, suits worn by the principal cast of their respective Power Rangers seasons will be notated with their names in the title of the lot. For suits worn by the stunt team, we have omitted their names in the titles and indicated them as Hero or Action.
