Nolan Miller Dusty Pink Silk Jacquard Negligee and Nightgown with Ostrich Feathers for Joan Collins in her Role as Alexis in Dynasty. Ca.1985. Dressing gown: silk jacquard, ostrich feathers; Negligee: silk jacquard; Label: Nolan Miller; Dress Size: 6/8.Dusty pink silk jacquard negligee with fitted bodice and full floor-length A-line skirt. The back is closed by a zipper and hook & eye, and has a label reading "Nolan Miller" to the inside left of the zipper.
The floor-length skirted nightgown in dusty pink silk jacquard, opens down the front with six self-covered buttons and loops at the wide waist band. The bodice is gathered at the shoulder and waist band with a "V" shaped yolk in back. The shoulder is padded with a wide 3/4 length sleeve finished with pink and white striated ostrich feathers.
This negligee and nightgown designed by Nolan Miller were worn once by Joan Collins as "Alexis" on episode 161 of Dynasty, which first aired January 1987. In this scene, Alexis is confronted by Ben and in true form turns the picture by blackmailing him. Negligee and gown are in Excellent condition. From the Nolan Miller Collection.
