Description
Myrcella Baratheon (Nell Tiger Free) Pink Death Dress from Game of Thrones (HBO® Original 2011-2019, Season 5). Original (2) piece character dress ensemble including (1) pale pink organza dress with pleated waistline, lace-up back closure, and wide sleeves (with "Myrcella" bias label) and (1) dusty pink organza underskirt with snap closures (with "Myrcella" bias label). The bodice of the bias-cut dress has delicate floral embroidery in shades of green with small fabric flowers. Includes leather tie used for the photo which is not original to the costume. The front is stained pale blue from blood used in production. Worn by Myrcella Baratheon (Nell Tiger Free) in Season 5, Episode 10, "Mother's Mercy," when she dies by poison in Jaime Lannister's (Nikolaj Coster-Waldau) arms, shortly after he confesses he is her father. Costume Designer Michele Clapton wanted this dress to have a "fairy tale quality," making it all the more tragic when innocent Myrcella is killed. Displays mild production wear including the blood stain. Comes with a COA from HBO and Heritage Auctions.Auction Info
