Marlon Brando's Costume Wig. Made from human hair, this hairpiece was created for Brando and likely worn by him in The Teahouse of the August Moon (1956) and is accompanied by the original MGM cardboard wig box and stock record card. The box has an affixed label reading: "1238 -- ST: Mod. Oriental -- M. Brando" on the front. The wig stock record card reads "Stock No. 1238, Original Player: Marlon Brando, Description: Modern Oriental." The label has some surface wear. The wig has been restyled for photography. Overall, the wig ensemble is in Very Fine condition. From The MGM Wig Archive.
