    Marilyn Monroe's Undergarment from Bus Stop Film Production. A set of red-and-white striped thermal underwear worn by the iconic actress on the set of in Joshua Logan's 1956 romance. The underwear was selected by wardrobe master Ed Wynigear (Viva Zapata!, Les Miserables, King of the Khyber Rifles) and bears the film's production number on the tag. The thermals were worn on set, most likely between takes while filming in Idaho. In Very Fine to Excellent condition with some small areas of soiling to the top, which has a 20th Century-Fox tag sewn into the collar that bears Monroe's name handwritten in ink. From the Ed Wynigear Estate. Accompanied by LOA from Ed Wynigear's son, James Wynigear.
