    John Wayne Worn Cavalry Uniform Jacket and Vest From How The West Was Won (1962).
    From the three-hour film billed as "24 Great Stars in the Mightiest Adventure Ever Filmed!", this jacket and vest were worn by John Wayne. The jacket measures 21" from armpit to armpit, and 39" from top to bottom. The vest measures 18" from armpit to armpit, and 22" from top to bottom. Has label attached from Western Costume Co. and a Christie's tag. Both are in Very Good Plus condition. The jacket has a 0.5" mend on the left shoulder, along with fading on all of the buttons, as well as fading on the shoulder patches. COA from Heritage Auctions.
