DescriptionHeroes - Kurando Mitsutake Screen-Worn Battle Costume. This four-piece ancient samurai body armor outfit was worn by the character Whitebeard (Kurando Mitsutake) in episode #206 of the cult television hit. This museum-quality battle dress collection includes wakibiki breastplate, chainmail skirt, and matching shin guards. The wakibiki breastplate is mostly red-and-gold painted copper laced together with a rich color fabric embroidery of flowers and dragons covering the torso. The chainmail skirt is assembled with heavily stitched ornate cloth. An intricate series of box-shaped patterns made of long thin chains and solid rectangular metal pieces encompasses most of the lower area of the skirt. The shin guards are composed of a light metal painted cherry red. The cloth interior is dark blue padded fabric with a gilt back layer. In Very Fine condition. Accompanied by a COA from The Hollywood Studio Collection.
