Elizabeth Taylor Personally-Owned Valentino Two-Piece Ensemble. Original (2) piece tan/olive-toned cotton-linen blend ensemble including (1) button-down vest with stitched trim and 2-envelope pockets and (1) pair of high-waisted wide leg cuffed trousers with back-zip closure. Includes a Valentino Couture label in the vest. The ensemble is from Elizabeth Taylor's personal wardrobe and is from an early to mid-1970s collection per the label. Exhibits minor wear and age and has been kept in excellent condition over the years. There is a small brown stain near the second button from the top. Provenance: Comes with Mears and Christie's certification. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
