Beetlejuice (Warner Bros., 1988), Geena Davis "Barbara Maitland" Hero Prosthetic Mask from Exorcism Sequence. Original hero latex rubber mask of Geena Davis's (Barbara Maitland's) aged features from Tim Burton's breakthrough film. This ridged mask appears near the end of the film as Otho (Glenn Shadix) attempts to exorcise Barbara and Adam Maitland (Alec Baldwin) using their own Book of the Recently Deceased. The makeup team, led by Michael Short and Ve Neill, won an Academy Award, and this mask is one of the many memorable prosthetics created for the film. The mask is secured to a Styrofoam form with three staples. It exhibits fading, minor cracking near the edges, eye holes, and left earpiece. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.Auction Info
