A Pair of Boxing Shoes from "Rocky II." United Artists, 1979. Black leather, yellow appliqué of a stallion taped to the sides both (though one on left shoe is almost all gone), yellow tassels on back; together with a pair of yellow and white striped socks; worn by Stallone as "Rocky Balboa" in the amazing rematch with "Apollo Creed" [Carl Weathers] where "Rocky" wins the title.

"I loved the way these boots felt. They made me feel invincible. The way they were designed, the support, allowed me to move around the ring with unusual speed. I really miss wearing them."
