    A Michelle Breeze Collection of Costume Pieces from "Gunsmoke" and Other Western Television Shows, 1960s. From the personal collection of the actress who was an bit player in numerous 1960s-1970s Western television series (mostly on CBS) such as "The Wild Wild West," "The Big Valley," "Death Valley Days," "Cimarron Strip," and "Gunsmoke" where she frequently played a "Saloon Girl" or Townswoman;" eight pieces including: 1) a period "Saloon Girl" dress, black and rose-colored velvet, decorative beading on bust, CBS drycleaning tag still affixed; 2) another period "Saloon Girl" dress, red velvet with black lace trim, label reads "Adele's / of Hollywood;" 3) a period "Townswoman" outfit consisting of an olive green nubby wool fitted jacket with a matching full skirt, no tags or labels present; 4) a period navy blue wool blend long-sleeved blouse, with a Western Costume Co. label and stamp present; 5) a period offwhite satin and lace long-sleeved blouse, label reads "Warner Bros. Pictures, Inc. / 3385-699;" 6) an offwhite, floor-length leather coat with faux firm trim, label reads "Modas / Cardinale / Madrid;" 7) a black velvet cummerbund, label reads "Warner Bros. Pictures, Inc. / 18685-618;" and 8) a black rayon clip-on neck tie; all pieces worn by Breeze in various television and possibly film roles; also included is a script from "Gunsmoke," CBS Television, 1955-1975, yellow covers, with ownership signature on cover ["Bargirl - Michelle Breeze"], written by Jack Bartlett, dated "6/28/65," marked "Final Draft," 63 pages, with numerous colored script change pages throughout; consigned by Breeze's family.
