Made of brown polyester, three front flap pockets, four button front closure, Western Costume Co. label reads "No. 2571-1 / John Wayne #3 / Chest 46;" worn as the actor portrayed "Sam McCord" in the Seattle scene with co-star Capucine as "Angel."
