A basic style cotton hospital gown with a maroon diamond-shaped print, short sleeves, right breast pocket, numerous snap and tie closures, faux blood stains throughout; original production tags still affixed to sleeve; worn by the actor as he portrayed "Tony Soprano" in 'Mayham' [Season 6, Episode 3] in the scene where "Meadow" [Jamie-Lynn Sigler] and "AJ" [Robert Iler] eat pizza while visiting their comatose dad in the hospital after he's been shot by "Uncle Junior" [Dominic Chianese]; included with a COA indicating this garment was part of Gandolfini's personal collection of "Tony Soprano" wardrobe that he acquired when the series ended.
