He was working on this production when he died of a heart attack on September 13, 1959." The show starred Richard Burton, Julie Andrews, Robert Goulet, and Roddy McDowall, ran from 1960 to 1963, won four Tony Awards, and inspired Jacqueline Kennedy to name her husband's presidency after it.
