Collection of (29) original camera negatives of Joan Crawford and Greta Garbo. Collection of (29) 8 x 10 in. vintage studio negatives of Joan Crawford, and (9) of Greta Garbo ranging in size from 4 x 5 in. to 8 x 10 in.; also included are (6) 4 x 5 in. of Robert Taylor from Camille which do not depict Garbo. Majority of larger negatives are nitrate, and virtually all in each size are hand-numbered by studio in India ink; condition varies with occasional corner chipping, slight waving, or other signs of age and use like border masking and retouching for print.
