The Honeymooners - The Jackie Gleason Show (CBS TV, 1952-1957), Audrey Meadows "Alice Kramden" Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress. Vintage original Academy of Television Arts and Sciences Emmy Award for Best Supporting Actress presented to Audrey Meadows at the 7th Primetime Emmy Awards for her role as Alice Kramden on The Jackie Gleason Show, consisting of a cast copper and nickel gold-plated trophy depicting a winged woman, the muse of Art, holding an atom, the electron of Science, mounted atop a 6.5" wide pedestal copper base with Art Deco-style tiling and inscribed, "Academy of Television Arts and Sciences 1954 Awards / Best Supporting Actress in a Regular Series / Audrey Meadows / The Jackie Gleason Show". Emmy trophies were originally designed by TV engineer Louis McManus in 1948, using his wife, Dorothy, at his model. Exhibiting wear and expected patina commensurate with age, copper presenting richly with some pitting and occasional chips to the plating. Statute component slightly loose on base mounting. Measures approx. 15.5" tall including base.
