Orson Welles Grammy Award for Best Spoken Word Recording for Donovan's Brain (1981). Vintage original National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences award presented to Orson Welles for "Best Spoken Word Documentary or Drama Recording" for "Donovan's Brain". Displaying a brass phonograph on a black metal base with a metal plaque. Measures 6" squared and 9" tall. Exhibiting age, scratching and chipping to the metal base and minor scratching to the phonograph. This is a replacement award issued by the National Academy of Recording Arts & Sciences. From the Estate of Orson Welles. Comes with a COA from Heritage Auctions.
