Presented to the actress [as "Farrah Fawcett-Majors"] for "Favorite / Female Performer / New Television Show" for her work on the hugely popular ABC series, "Charlie's Angels;" Farrah was only an "Angel" for one year, but that was all it took for her to become an international star; included with a 'Letter of Provenance' signed by Gregory S. Walls, Farrah Fawcett's nephew and consignor of The Personal Property of Farrah Fawcett. (Please note there is repair work evident on the base.)
