    A Farrah Fawcett Group of Citations, 1970s-1990s. Six total, all awarded to the star from various organizations including (in chronological order): 1) Ladies' Home Journal for being the "Most Glamorous Television Star" in 1976; 2) Hollywood Airforce for becoming an "Honorary Lieutenant" in 1981; 3) Autofilm Historical Association, Inc. for "contributions" in 1984 (gold seal is missing); 4) The Los Angeles Commission on Assaults Against Women for "Dramatic Presentation" in 1985; 5) The Houston International Film Festival for "Small Sacrifices" in 1990; and 6) Independent Spirit Awards for "The Apostle" in 1998; also included is a transmittal envelope addressed to Fawcett though it's unrelated to these certificates.
