Description

Wings Cast- and Crew-Signed Novel plus Other Items. Includes copy of Wings tie-in edition of the novel signed by Adolph Zukor, director William Wellman, producer Lucien Hubbard, and actor Charles "Buddy" Rogers. The book is accompanied by three assorted program books from various re-releases (one signed by Wellman and Hubbard); a vintage sheet music book for the film's love theme; two b&w 8" x 10" stills from the movie; five b&w 8" x 10" publicity stills featuring Rogers and Richard Arlen in later productions; a copy of the script for an episode of Petticoat Junction titled "Wings" and signed by Arlen, Rogers, and series stars Edgar Buchanan, Lori Saunders, and Meredith MacRae; and a copy of the script for an episode of The Lucy Show titled "Coffee, Tea or Me" and signed by Arlen, Rogers and Lucille Ball. Both episodes parodied Wings (the film, by the way, won the very first Academy Award for Best Picture). In overall Very Fine condition. Pre-certified by PSA/DNA.
