    Description

Robert Stevenson's Handwritten Script for Kidnapped. Released by Walt Disney Productions in 1960, Kidnapped was the feature film adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson's classic adventure drama, notable for featuring the silver screen debut of a young Peter O'Toole. Included is writer-director Robert Stevenson's (no relation) 227-page handwritten screenplay in pencil on plain, unlined paper, including what appear to be undated revision pages handwritten on sheets of pink paper. The script is accompanied by an 89-page typed draft of Part One of the story, dated December 31, 1958. The documents are in overall Very Good to fine condition with moderate chipping and tearing to many of the pages, and some brittleness and toning to the paper due to age.
