    Description

    Marlon Brando Signed Correspondence to Ed Wynigear. Includes a two-page note on plain stationery and a message on a 4.25" x 5.75" notecard, both undated, both handwritten and signed by Brando in blue ink. Both feature apologies from Brando for missing a dinner appointment. Brando wrote the letters while filming The Young Lions in 1957, thus the French postmark on the included envelope. Wynigear and Brando worked on Viva Zapata! and On the Waterfront. The letters are in overall Very Fine condition. From the Ed Wynigear Estate. Accompanied by LOA from Ed Wynigear's son, James Wynigear.
