Maila Nurmi Signed "Vampira" First Contract with ABC-TV (1954). Vintage original 10-page contract typewritten on 8.5" x 11" carbon paper, dated August 5, 1954 and addressed to "Miss Myla Nurmi," outlining the agreement between Nurmi and ABC-TV for the use of her iconic horror hostess character "Vampira," who heavily influenced Cassandra Peterson's legendary role of "Elvira, Mistress of the Dark." Includes amendments on extra slips of carbon paper stapled to the original document and revisions in black ink, initialed "M.N." in blue ink, with final page detached, signed "Myla Nurmi" in blue ink and stamped with Controller Hollywood seal dated October 24, 1954.
