    Mae West Signed Letter and Photo. A single-page letter on Paramount letterhead, dated May 3, 1933, signed by West in black ink. The letter reads: "Dear Marguerite Rockhold: I have your nice letter and the drawing, which certainly is very good, and I do want to thank you. It is sweet of you to say that you liked my work in 'She Done Him Wrong', and I only hope that I will always be able to make you like me!" The letter is in Very Fine condition with mild wear and heavy mailing creases, and is accompanied by the original mailing envelope. Also included is a b&w 5.5" x 7" photo signed by West in red ink, in Very Fine condition with mild wear and toning. Accompanied by James Spence Authentication auction LOA.
