    Description

Edgar G. Ulmer's Signed Sketch of Lady with Riding Whip. Sketched by Ulmer when he was drawing conceptions for Loves of Three Queens, this Renaissance-era lady lacks a name, but not an attitude. She's a snub-nosed beauty in profile, peering from atop a high, corset-style stiff collar, and sporting a flat plumed bonnet. She is impressively armed, holding a long riding whip while a dagger hangs aside her skirts. Ulmer has added his signature in the lower left area of this 9.5" x 13" sketch, matted and framed to 15" x 19". In Fine condition with light creasing and a small stain in upper left area. No doubt Ulmer would have loved directing this lethal lady and setting her loose -- a Detour for the Renaissance? From the Edgar G. Ulmer Preservation and Trust Corp. Accompanied by an LOA from Arianne Ulmer Cipes. Requires third party shipping.
