Five two-sided pages from Movie Lot to Beachhead, a 1945 book on World War II, bear the ink signatures of Bob Hope (who signed a full-page shot of him with Frances Langford entertaining WW II troops in Sicily; the page is also signed by Hope's wife Dolores and daughter Mildred), Al Jolson (who signed a full-page shot of himself singing for the troops in Sicily, the page also signed by George Jessel), Ray Bolger (who signed below a picture of himself entertaining troops in the South Pacific); also, pages signed by Bette Davis, Vincent Price, Fess Parker, Wendell Corey, Burl Ives, Fess Parker, and Bob Crosby.
