A Walter Plunkett Presentation Script Signed by David O. Selznick from "Gone With The Wind." Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, 1939. Maroon calf and cloth hardcover, film title embossed in gold on front and spine, further embossed "Walter Plunkett" in gold on lower right corner of cover, golden-rod covers, screen play by Sidney Howard, dated "January 24, 1939," marked "Final Shooting Script," 256 pages, with six original print (with a glossy finish) stills bound within, signed in blue fountain pen ink on the front free end paper "For Walter Plunkett, / With appreciation / of, and for, / his brilliant execution / of a difficult job. / David O. Selznick / Xmas, 1939;" Selznick famously gifted these specially-bound copies of the script to the main cast, crew, and consultants who worked on the film -- this one going to the costumier who created such memorable wardrobe for the entire cast.
