A Rita Hayworth and Others Signed Cowboy Hat from the Film Premiere of "Santa Fe Trail." Warner Bros., 1940. Made of tan felt, yellow ribbon hatband printed with "World 'Santa Fe Trail' Premiere," signed in graphite pencil on its entire surface by attendees at the event including Rita Hayworth (who signed in an uncharacteristically neat way), Bill Lundigan, Rudy Vallee, and Reggie Gardiner, among countless others who were likely behind-the-scenes industry people, some autographs signed to "Jimmy" -- Jimmy Starr, the noted Hollywood screenwriter and later newspaper columnist who obtained all these signatures in person. (Please note there are a few moth holes throughout the hat.)
