    A Paulette Goddard Contract for "Gone With The Wind," 1938. Twenty-four pages, typed, dated "3rd day of February, 1938," outlining an agreement between the actress and Selznick International Pictures, Inc. for her to portray "Scarlett O'Hara," though page 3 notes that "in the event Producer does not assign Artist to portray the role of "Scarlett O'Hara" / in the photoplay now entitled Gone With The Wind... / then Artist may render her services / to others as an actress in one photoplay...," signed (possibly by a secretary) in black fountain pen ink on page 23; also included is a one page document, typed, dated "October 27, 1938," to the actress further outlining points of her contract with SIP, Inc., signed in black fountain pen ink in the lower left corner by the star "Paulette Goddard."
