DescriptionA Marlon Brando Handwritten Note, Circa 1950s. Penned in blue ballpoint ink on a piece of notepaper from the Hotel Elysée in New York City, reading in full "Just a little / peice [sic] of leather / stripped off the / skin of life / 01-629-2651 / J Kanter" [Jay Kanter being the actor's lifetime agent]; an odd sentiment that somehow seems appropriate coming from Brando. (Please note there are crease marks on the lower margin.)
6" x 4"
Included with a "Letter of Authenticity" signed by Alice Marchak, Marlon Brando's longtime personal assistant.

The movie quite literally changed my life. I have included a pic of me in Sly's Rocky 3 Cashmere overcoat, would much appreciate if it is possible for you to forward this email to Sly to let him know the overcoat is in good hands, and will be well taken care of, (as will be the Rambo knife forging tools, the other lot I won!) Wish you very happy holidays and a great 2016!View More Testimonials
