A Marlon Brando Drawing, Circa 1970s. Rendered in colored ink on an envelope from the Tahiti Beachcomber hotel, depicting a palm tree and the ocean (which goes around to the backside of the envelope); Brando's handwritten annotations in pencil and black felt-tip ink surround the sketch and read in part "Tetiaroa" [the name of the island he bought] plus names and call letters for ham operators (this according to Marchak who was staying at this same hotel with Brando and who saved this piece because of the drawing on it); included with a Letter of Provenance from Alice Marchak, Brando's longtime assistant.
