A Marilyn Monroe Signed Black and White Photograph by Laszlo Willinger, Circa 1949. An original print with a matte finish, depicting MM wearing a white one-piece bathing suit with white high heels, signed in white fountain pen ink on the lower right side "To Ferdinand, / Many thanks for / your encouragement / and friendship. / Sincerely, / Marilyn Monroe," further signed in black fountain pen ink on the lower right border "Willinger;" included with a 1974 receipt from Hollywood Book Service (where the current owner originally bought it 40 years ago) noting that 'Ferdinand' was Ferdinand Woldemar, Monroe's agent. (Please note the ink is slightly smudged on "Monroe," there is slight creasing throughout the image, and silvering is evident around the edges in raking light.)
