    Description

A James Dean Signed Black and White Photograph, Circa 1955. An original print with a glossy finish, depicting the classic headshot of the actor in costume as "Jim Stark" from "Rebel Without A Cause," signed "James Dean" in black fountain pen at the bottom-center, just below Dean's face; interestingly, the "J" and the "D" of this particular signature are somewhat unusual for Dean, though there are many other examples where we see that he did slightly tweak these letters from time to time. (Please note the ink is somewhat faded, there are tackholes in all four corners, creasing and toning throughout, two small areas of loss to paper surface in the margins, with tape remnants around the edges from a previous mounting.)
    10" x 8"
