    A Jack Webb-Related Archive of Items from "Dragnet." NBC Television, 1951-1959. Saved by the actor's longtime secretary, Jean Miles, items in the collection range in date from about 1953 to the 1970s and include: production schedules, typed speeches, status reports, magazine clippings, press materials, and a handful (about seven) of original print black and white photographs (mostly 8" x 10") showing Webb and others; also included are personal effects owned by Webb including a black leather Mark Cross billfold engraved "JW," a matching business card holder embossed "JW," a matching notepad with same embossing, three pads of personalized notepaper printed with "From the Office of Jack Webb," a memo pad reading "VII" [Mark VII, Ltd., the "Dragnet" production company], and a Cross pen engraved "Jack Webb;" two other fun items are further included: a small brass placard with the "Dragnet" shield engraved "Dragnet 1968 Jean Miles" and a leather luggage tag embossed "United Jack Webb Special / August 1955;" overall, some interesting bits related to a classic TV show.
