    A Group of Celebrity Letters to Director Fred Zinnemann, 1950s-1970s. Approximately 20 documents, all sent to the director by his colleagues in the film business, dated from the 1950s to the 1970s, on various types of stationery or letterhead (or postcards), some typed, some handwritten, content both business and personal, from prominent industry people including (in alphabetical order): Jane Fonda, Benny Goodman, Alec Guinness, Katharine Hepburn, Garson Kanin, Deborah Kerr, David Niven, "Larry" Olivier, Diana Rigg, Richard Rogers, Maximilian Schell, Beatrice Straight, Elizabeth Taylor ("Todd"), and Jack Warner; all with original fold marks; consigned directly by Zinnemann's son, Tim.
