A one page form titled 'Passeport a L'etranger Valable Pour Un An,' filled out by hand in black fountain pen ink listing the star's vitals such as her name of "Madame la marquise Le Bailly de la Falaise neé Swanson, Gloria" [when she was married to Henri de la Falaise] and "Age 28 ans 1/2," a small sepia headshot of Swanson in a dramatic pose is glued to the upper right corner; still housed in its vintage frame.
