    A Glenn Ford-Received Handwritten Letter from Gary Cooper, 1960.
    One page, on personalized stationery, dated "May 5th," handwritten by the star in black fountain pen ink, reading in part "Dear Glenn: / Can't tell you how much I / appreciate getting your telegram. / ...Sincerely / Gary;" with its original transmittal envelope addressed to Ford at his Summit Drive address in Beverly Hills, California. (Please note there is paper loss on the upper right hand corner and there is Scotch tape residue on the remaining three corners.)
    10 1/2" x 7"

    Included with a "Letter of Provenance" signed by Peter Ford, son of Glenn Ford.
